Revenue opens consultation to 1st batch of IR 2019 refund

Altogether, will be disbursed R $ 4.99 billion of the lot this year. Revenue will also pay R $ 109.6 million to 20,087 thousand taxpayers who made the declaration between 2008 and 2018, but were in the fine mesh. Considering the residual lots and the 2019 payment, the total amount spent on the refunds will reach R $ 5.1 billion for 2,573,186 taxpayers.

The list with the names will be available from 9am on the Internet Revenue website. The consultation can also be made by the Receitafone, at number 146. The Revenue also offers application for tablets and smartphones, which allows the monitoring of refunds.

Bank credit will be made on June 17. The refunds will have a correction of 1.54% for the 2019 lot, 109.82% for the 2008 batch. In all cases, the indices are based on the Selic rate (basic interest of the economy) accumulated between the date of delivery of the declaration until this month.

The money will be deposited in the accounts informed in the declaration. The taxpayer who does not receive the refund must go to any branch of Banco do Brasil or call 4004-0001 (capitals), 0800-729-0001 (other locations) and 0800-729-0088 (special telephone for the hearing impaired only) ) to access the payment.

The last two regular lots will be released in November and December. If they are outside these lots, taxpayers should seek the IRS because the names may be in the fine mesh for errors or omissions in the declaration.

The refund will be available for one year. If the redemption is not made within the deadline, the request must be made through the electronic form - request for payment of restitution, or directly in the e-CAC, in the processing service extract, in the page of the Revenue on the Internet. For those who do not know how to use the services in e-CAC, Revenue produced a video with instructions.

* Matter changed in the fourth paragraph for correction. Bank credit will be made on June 17 and not July 17, as previously reported.
